Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the paddle shifters in their original premium packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our facility.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
